Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada. The National Biomass Ethanol Program (NBEP) will provide up to $70 million to cover any future losses on loans to a limited number of fuel ethanol manufacturers for the purposes of building or expanding a biomass fuel ethanol plant in Canada.
