The development of a National Implementation Strategy for Climate Change is coordinating by the Climate Change Secretariat, Natural Resources Canada, in cooperation with provincial officials. The strategy will set out a program for enabling Canada to meet the greenhouse gas emission reduction targets establish in the Kyoto Protocol.
