A contribution of $2,000 per vehicle is available for factory-built natural gas vehicles purchased between February 1, 1999 and January 31, 2002. The largest portion of the fund (up to $5 million) will be devoted to this component. The contribution will be made to the purchaser of the vehicle. Natural Gas Vehicle Program.
