L'intervention en réseau est une pratique nouvelle qui s'est établie en se diversifiant (...) au cours des vingt dernières années. Cette pratique se situe à la jonction de l'intervention clinique et de l'action communautaire. Elle trouve son fondement dans la notion de réseau primaire, que l'on peut définir comme une unité sociale constituée d'un ensemble d'individus qui communiquent entre eux sur une base d'affinités personnelles, hors de tout contexte institutionnalisé.
