Mesures nucléaires non destructives. Les mesures nucléaires non destructives se subdivisent en deux catégories : - les méthodes passives; - les méthodes actives [...] Dans le cas des mesures passives, les signaux à détecter sont obtenus sans stimulation externe. Ils sont dus aux désintégrations radioactives et aux émissions spontanées de particules issues de l'objet à caractériser. Quant aux méthodes actives, elles reposent sur la mise en évidence des émissions de particules provoquées à l'aide d'une source externe de rayonnements.
