A notification report shall contain all the details of the significant event that are available at the time the report is made. In particular, that report should contain details of the nature of the event, the date and time of its occurrence, and the actions taken to assess and to mitigate its consequences. If the event has not ended by the time it is reported, the report should contain an estimate of its duration.

Le rapport de notification doit contenir tous les détails disponibles de l'événement important au moment du rapport. Il devrait préciser notamment la nature de l'événement, la date et l'heure, ainsi que les mesures prises pour en évaluer et en limiter les conséquences. Si l'événement n'est pas terminé au moment de faire rapport, on devrait fournir une évaluation de la durée de l'événement.
