Achat à la ferme. Pourquoi ne pas permettre au producteur qui le veut la possibilité de vendre directement au consommateur une partie de ce qu'il produit sans risque d'être poursuivi par son syndicat? Ce serait une autre façon de rapprocher le producteur et le consommateur. Le contrôle direct permettrait au producteur de promouvoir ses produits et de prendre le pouls du consommateur, ce qui l'aiderait à prendre des décisions et à étaler des stratégies de vente.
