The Ontario Wheat Producers' Marketing Plan covers all counties in Southeastern Ontario; county representation is made up of an elected committee on the basis of one for every 250 wheat producers in each county. County annual meetings are held early each year to elect committeemen. Le plan de commercialisation des producteurs de blé de l'Ontario s'applique à tous les comtés du sud-est de l'Ontario; ceux-ci sont représentés par des comités élus à raison d'un comité pour 250 producteurs dans chaque comté.
