Il n'y a pas de veines dans le système circulatoire des écrevisses. La circulation part du cœur. De là le sang est pompé dans les cinq artères principales, passe dans les artères secondaires, va ensuite dans les sinus (cavités que l'on trouve dans les tissus), de là vers les ouïes où le sang est réoxygéné et retourne au cœur.
