OBS

Dans les différents diagrammes de classification internationale, les ordanchites occupent toujours le champ des trachyandésites, dont elles ne se distinguent que par la présence d’haüyne. Le terme «ordanchite», trop régional, est abandonné au profit de trachyandésites à haüyne. Dans tous les cas les termes, souvent utilisés, de «téphrite» et «téphrites à haüyne» se révèlent impropres à caractériser ces laves.
