"ACOA (Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency) has two awards: the Outstanding Achievement Award and the Instant Award. As federal public servants, the employees of the Agency may also receive the Government of Canada Long Service Award. These three awards vary in value, formality and intent. Among them, they offer recognition of conscientious efforts spanning an entire career, or special projects over a period of years or months, or even an intensive job of just a few days' duration. « Deux primes sont offertes par l'APECA (Agence de promotion économique du Canada atlantique) dans le cadre de ce programme, soit la Prime pour réalisations exceptionnelles et la Prime instantanée. A titre de fonctionnaires fédéraux, les employés de l'APECA peuvent également recevoir une Prime pour longs services. La valeur, l'intention et la teneur officielle de ces trois primes varient. Ces primes permettent de souligner la contribution d'un employé pendant sa carrière ou dans le cadre d'un projet d'une durée de quelques années ou de quelques mois ou même dans le cadre d'un projet intensif de quelques jours seulement. On peut adapter les primes selon l'employé ou le groupe d'employés.
