Our so-called padlock probes enable highly specific gene detection, combined with very low nonspecific signals, and they therefore are uniquely suited to analyse single-nucleotide sequence variants in situ and to monitor very large sets of sequences to study genetic polymorphisms or measure gene expression. 1, record 1, English, - padlock%20probe
