The extent of the decline in the ratio in 1993-94 and resulting rebound in 1994-95 is largely attributable to one-time factors, which dampened budgetary revenues in 1993-94. Le fléchissement du ratio des recettes au PIB en 1993-94 et son redressement en 1994-95 sont attribuables en grande partie à des facteurs ponctuels qui ont diminué les recettes budgétaires en 1993-94.
