Situation fréquente dans le passé [...] mais qui a disparu sauf une résurrection, purement verbale d'ailleurs car elle marquait une incorporation, dans les documents qui, en 1939, avaient octroyé la couronne d'Albanie au roi d'Italie. Ce terme a été repris par quelques auteurs à propos de la Communauté de Nations Britannique.
