En effet, la saisie ayant eu lieu alors que le policier était sur place et ce, pour une raison autre qu'une perquisition, fut considérée non seulement comme n'étant pas déraisonnable mais comme étant constitutionnellement acceptable si les biens sont «bien en vue».
