The Planning and Operations Division provides leadership to the Public Affairs, Consultations and Communications Branch (PACCB) in the areas of strategic planning, human resources, contract and finances. The Planning and Operations Division strives to continuously review branch management practices and to provide the means by which managers and staff can deliver responsive, well-coordinated communications.
