Corrección esférica. Se puede realizar de diferentes maneras, una de las más utilizadas al utilizar la gafa de prueba es el método de las esferas de torsión de Freeman. Consiste en mostrar una esfera positiva, dejar pasar unos segundos (2”-3”), girar la lente y mostrar la esfera negativa, de la misma potencia, preguntando al paciente en que posición ve mejor o más nítido.
