A skin graft obtained by cutting a sheet of split-skin graft into pieces about the size of an average postage stamp, usually one or two square centimeters in area. The pieces are scattered on the raw recipient site in much the same manner as a Reverdin graft, and the intervening spaces become covered by the growth of scar tissue.

Il peut être intéressant de recourir aux greffes discontinues constituées par un greffon dermo-épidermique mince ou de demi-épaisseur que l'on divise secondairement avant de l'utiliser, sous la forme de petits carrés déposés les uns auprès les autres sans juxtaposition absolue, ce qui d'une part permet de recouvrir une plus grande surface, et d'autre part assure un bon drainage. Trueta, Gabarro surtout se sont faits les apôtres de ces greffes en timbre-poste (Stamp-graft) (...).
