Nous croyons aussi que le potentiel d'action, en arrivant par la voie du système T, ouvre immédiatement les canaux du Ca dans les citernes terminales du réticulum sarcoplasmique produisant la libération locale de Ca. Ainsi, la triade est vue comme le site le plus important dans le couplage excitation-concentration.
