OBS

La projection circulaire transmet aux skis un effet de rotation par la rigidité relative du corps plutôt que par un mouvement brusque comme la rotation du buste ou le pivotement des hanches; elle donne une impulsion permettant l'enchaînement des virages dans le christiania léger.
