The pump track consists of a circuit of banked turns and features designed to be ridden completely by cycle riders "pumping" – which is a momentum of up and down body movements.

La Place des Nations, située à l'ouest du pont de la Concorde sur l'île St-Hélène, est un site de 200 mètres par 200 mètres laissé à l'abandon par la Ville. Ce site, accessible en métro, offre le potentiel pour l'aménagement d'un parc d'habileté. Il serait possible d'y aménager un terrain de sauts de terre (dirt jumps), des rampes d'habiletés ainsi qu'une boucle de pompage (pump track).
