Torréfaction A 130-135 0, nous avons voulu pousser plus avant nos essais en portant la température de torréfaction à 130-1350 pendant 45 min. Nous avons constaté que le point de pyrolyse était atteint un peu au-dessus de 1 350 et qu'il se dégage des fumées âcres. Nous avons modéré le chauffage et poursuivi l'opération. Après refroidissement on constate que le tourteau a nettement bruni.
