As-built and Record Drawings - The Consultant shall, before issuance of the Final Certificate of Completion: (a) prepare and provide the Departmental Representative with a complete set of record drawings of the type and number as specified in clause R2001D, Agreement Particulars; (b) verify that record drawings are suitable for microfilming, incorporating all recorded changes to the original working drawings based on as-built prints, drawings and other information provided by the Contractor, together with change orders and site instructions; (c) verify that record drawings are labelled "Record", dated and signed by the Consultant, and provide also a marked-up copy of the specifications recording changes related thereto.

Dessins de l'ouvrage fini - L'expert-conseil, avant la délivrance du certificat définitif d'achèvement, doit : a) préparer un jeu complet des dessins de l'ouvrage fini, selon le modèle et le nombre précisés dans la clause R2001 Particularités de l'entente, et le remet au représentant du Ministère; b) voir à ce que les dessins de l'ouvrage puissent être microfilmés et comprennent tous les changements apportés aux dessins d'exécution originaux d'après des dessins, des annotations et autres renseignements fournis par l'entrepreneur ainsi que les autorisations de modification ou les instructions données sur le chantier; c) veiller à ce que les dessins de l'ouvrage fini soient étiquetés «ouvrage fini», datés et signés par l'expert-conseil, et fournir aussi une copie corrigée du devis comportant toutes les modifications qui y ont été apportées.
