OBS

Dans un tel système, on peut prévoir des prix maxima de vente au consommateur sur lesquels des remises sont consenties aux distributeurs. Les chefs d'entreprise sont tenus d'observer, à partir de la date de dépôt, un certain délai pendant lequel l'administration peut décider de s'opposer à l'application des prix envisagés.
