Transport Canada. Regulatory Standards Division is headed by the Chief, Regulatory Standards who reports to the Director, Aircraft Certification. The Division is composed of three sections and a Technical Reference Centre. There are five major areas of activity, each covering one major segment of the Canadian aviation regulatory needs.
