The new Real Property Services (RPS) Financial Framework (FF) has three main funding mechanisms [one of which is the] Real Property Services Revolving Fund (RPSRF) for the delivery of real property services on a fee-for-service basis. This fund operates much like a line of credit with a drawdown authority of $450-million minus the accumulated deficit.
