Canadian Rural Partnership, Pilot Projects 2000-2001. Northwest Territories. An Internet portal will help unite the communities of Deliné, Fort Good Hope, Norman Wells, Colville Lake and Tulita, and offer residents the opportunity to join the electronic global village and reap the rewards that experience can offer. The portal will contain original content created specifically by and for the Aboriginal population, as well as important links to other Aboriginal sites, government and education sites of interest to the general public, youth, elected officials, business and municipal government employees.
