Vente du commerce international dans laquelle un vendeur s'oblige à livrer la marchandise le long du navire désigné par l'acheteur, dans un port convenu, sur le quai ou dans des allèges.

OBS

A partir de ce moment, l'acheteur doit supporter tous les coûts et risques de perte de la marchandise ou de dommages causés à celle-ci. A la différence de ce qui est prévu dans la vente FOB, celle-ci exige de l'acheteur qu'il dédouane la marchandise en vue de l'exportation.
