OBS

Under The Provincial Emblems and Honours Act, the Saskatchewan Honours Advisory Council is the body which annually recommends recipients of both the Saskatchewan Order of Merit, the Saskatchewan Volunteer Medal, the Saskatchewan Protective Services Medal, and the Saskatchewan Centennial Medal. The Council also provides the government with advice on provincial honours.
