OBS

The SOS was formed as a non-profit organization in Saskatoon in 1983, and was the province's first orchid society. Its founders were interested in the conservation of orchid species both native and non-native to Saskatchewan.

Objectives. To raise local and international awareness of native and exotic orchid habitats [and] to provide a forum for members to share knowledge and experiences with fellow orchid growers.
