Security Monitoring Room. (1) Every licensee shall monitor all of the devices required by these Regulations from a security monitoring room, access to which is controlled by the licensee. (2) The security monitoring room shall be (a) located outside any inner area; (b) designed and constructed so as to resist forced entry by the use of hand-held tools or firearms; (c) equipped with (i) a two-way radio that can be used to communicate with a response force, (ii) an alarm device that can be used at any time to alert a response force, (iii) a telephone, and (iv) equipment that permits direct communication with each nuclear security guard who is stationed outside the security monitoring room; (d) located and equipped so as to enable a nuclear security guard inside the security monitoring room to receive and acknowledge the audible and visible alarm signals ...; and (e) attended at all times by at least one nuclear security guard. 2, record 1, English, - security%20monitoring%20room

Local de surveillance.(1) Le titulaire de permis surveille tous les dispositifs exigés par le présent règlement à partir d'un local de surveillance dont il contrôle l'accès. (2) Le local de surveillance est : a) situé à l'extérieur de toute zone intérieure; b) conçu et construit de façon à résister à toute entrée par effraction à l'aide d'outils portatifs ou d'armes à feu; c) muni : (i) d'un poste émetteur-récepteur pouvant servir à contacter la force d'intervention, (ii) d'un dispositif d'alarme pouvant servir en tout temps à alerter la force d'intervention, (iii) d'un téléphone, (iv) d'équipement permettant de communiquer directement avec chaque garde de sécurité nucléaire qui est posté à l'extérieur du local de surveillance; d) situé et équipé de sorte qu'un garde de sécurité nucléaire se trouvant à l'intérieur du local de surveillance puisse recevoir et reconnaître les signaux d'alarme sonores et visuels [...] e) occupé en tout temps par au moins un garde de sécurité nucléaire. 2, record 1, French, - local%20de%20surveillance
