The Shared Information Management System for Infrastructure (SIMSI) was built to support the implementing agencies and Infrastructure Canada in their responsibilities to administer the Infrastructure Canada Program (ICP). SIMSI provides the information technology support system to assist management and stakeholders (municipalities and federal and provincial implementing agencies) in managing thousands of projects that will eventually be funded through the program.
