Développement embryonnaire du cœur. La première ébauche du cœur est formée d'un tube qui aligne quatre cavités, dans l'ordre : le sinus veineux, l'oreillette, le ventricule, le bulbe artériel. Ce tube va ensuite se couder, se développer de façon inégale selon les cavités, puis le sinus veineux s'incorporera à l'oreillette primitive.
