La langue lisse des bovins. Une anomalie de la langue se rencontre dans les races bovines Holstein-Frisonne et Brune de Suisse; elle est héréditaire comme un caractère récessif simple (1,2). Les papilles filiformes de la langue sont de petite taille, il y a exagération de la salivation, la robe est mal développée et les veaux ne sont pas en bon état. Les sujets hétérozygotes sont normaux.
