SUSO is dedicated to ensuring patient access to quality urological care with a firm commitment to clinical excellence, education, the promotion of research, and the sharing of knowledge on urological topics for the betterment of the community. To achieve this vision, SUSO focuses on: the study and management of urologic disease; being the bridge to implement new and existing therapies; pursuing early availability of new drugs and new technologies; working with all segments of the urologic disease management team; being a proponent to continuing medical education in contemporary approaches; helping coordinate urology practices with academic institutions and industry to promote state of the art, cutting edge, clinical research; [and] endorsing evidence-based medical practice.
