Chambres froides [...] Malgré la bonne isolation des sols, en raison des écarts importants de température, la dalle de béton en contact avec le terrain peut atteindre des températures négatives qui provoquent des points de rosée. Il y a alors condensation et gel, avec risque d'éclatement du béton et soulèvement du terrain naturel, entraînant la dégradation de l'ensemble. Pour empêcher la condensation et le gel du sol, des câbles chauffants sont posés dans le béton, sous l'isolation.
