Stacking test.... Method of testing. Packages must be capable of withstanding for a period of 24 hours a superimposed weight placed on a flat surface resting on the top of the package and equivalent to the total weight of identical packages which could be stacked on it during transport. The minimum stacking height must be 3 m.... Criteria for passing the test successfully. There must be no serious rupture of any of the tested drums nor any rupture or leakage of the inner receptacles they may contain. Chaque colis doit pouvoir supporter pendant une période de 24 heures un poids superposé appliqué sur une surface plane reposant sur son sommet et équivalent au poids total des colis identiques qui pourraient être gerbés au-dessus de lui durant le transport. En général, la hauteur de gerbage minimale doit être de 3 m. [...] Critères à utiliser pour déterminer si l'épreuve a été subie de manière satisfaisante. Il ne doit y avoir ni rupture importante des fûts ayant subi les épreuves, ni rupture ou fuite des récipients intérieurs qu'ils peuvent contenir.
