Le triage téléphonique, ou télétriage, est un service de soutien téléphonique dispensé par des professionnels de la santé à des clients qui appellent pour des motifs de santé. Le télétriage est assuré par des infirmières autorisées ou des médecins dans divers milieux. L'objectif du télétriage consiste à déterminer le niveau de soins que nécessite l'appelant, à aborder les options possibles et à circonscrire le degré de gravité de la situation.
