OBS

C'est un signe fréquent chez le schizophrène. Le malade, en train de parler, s'arrête au milieu de son récit, puis le reprend après un temps variable de quelques secondes à plusieurs minutes. Pendant ces barrages, le sujet est comme dans l'impossibilité d'exprimer sa pensée. À côté de ce barrage dans la parole, il y a le barrage dans l'attention (quand on parle au malade) et dans les actes (quand il exécute un geste).
