Indian and Northern Affairs Canada. The Trust Fund Management System (TFMS) is an application used to manage Indian moneys in trust. The System maintains all the detailed financial information for trust accounts which arise from the Crown's fiduciary obligations towards First Nations. The system supports the Resolution and Individual Affairs Sector in fulfilling their responsibilities to safeguard over $1 billion in trust funds for First Nations and individuals.
