Obtention de lymphocytes T cytotoxiques spécifiques des cellules B tumorales. Les cellules B des lymphomes expriment une immunoglobuline dont les parties variables sont uniques, c'est-à-dire différentes de celles des autres immunoglobulines dans le répertoire B. Cette propriété fait de l'immunoglobuline, et plus précisément de l'idiotype, un antigène spécifique de tumeur.
