Primary purpose is to remove divorce from the courts. Declares that present divorce laws and practices are in violation of the constitutional rights of American citizens. Works nationally, through chapters or individuals, to introduce a comprehensive plan for establishment of a Department of Family Relations under the executive branch of state government in each state. This plan provides for taking divorce out of the courts; the elimination of adversary proceedings; the establishment of Family Arbitration Centers in lieu of divorce courts.
