The Vegetable Committee is comprises of all Canadian Horticultural Council members who produce, pack, ship, and process vegetables, including root crops and the greenhouse sector. The potato industry is represented by its own Potato Committee. Representatives from federal and provincial governments also participate on the Vegetable Committee.
