[...] La campana de flujo laminar es una cámara donde se establece un flujo de aire vertical, a modo de cortina, que evita que las micropartículas y aerosoles que se puedan crear al manipular los citostáticos salgan al exterior y no contaminen al manipulador y al ambiente, creando una barrera entre la zona donde se está manejando el fármaco y donde se sitúa el trabajador.
