[Il] n'a jamais commis d'acte de violence au cours des dix années qu'il a passées en prison. Il n'a jamais violé les conditions de la libération conditionnelle durant les trois années de sa semi-liberté. Nous lui avons fait subir des tests régulièrement compte tenu de ce que nous savions de lui. Nous l'avons soumis à des analyses d'urine pour voir si nous pouvions trouver des traces de drogue et d'alcool. Nous n'en avons jamais trouvé, d'après les informations que nous avons.
