Canadian Rural Partnership, Pilot Projects 2000-2001. Ontario. Federal Partner: Human Resources Development Canada. This project will encourage rural youth to gain volunteer experience to enrich their communities and further their career opportunities. Targeting the 14 to 25 age group, the project will put youth through training and an orientation program before placing them with rural agencies, local events, fairs and activities.
