On distingue les galeries de niveau [...] et les galeries inclinées, appelées «plans inclinés» lorsqu'elles sont utilisées pour descendre les produits d'abattage, et «descenderies» lorsqu'elles remontent ces produits jusqu'au «niveau» de l'étage.
