National group established to encourage, train and promote women in trade, technological and blue-collar occupations. WITT is creating a national network to serve women in all areas of Canada. With assistance from Human Resources Development Canada, the organization has also developed national training standards, trade-specific courses and work-based training modules to meet the needs of women.
