The Government of Canada is joining four other countries and 12 private sector partners in contributing $15 million to participate in the World Bank's recently announced Prototype Carbon Fund.Through the Prototype Carbon Fund, the World Bank will invest in emission reduction projects in developing countries and eastern europe, with the emission reduction credits being shared amongst the investors.
