Prêt ou emprunt assorti d'une hypothèque de rang inférieur dont la valeur comprend le montant que celle-ci garantit et le solde dû en vertu d'un prêt hypothécaire existant. Le créancier hypothécaire de second rang reçoit du débiteur les sommes exigibles en vertu du prêt hypothécaire intégrant et verse lui-même au créancier hypothécaire de premier rang les sommes exigibles en vertu du prêt hypothécaire de premier rang.

OBS

Le prêt hypothécaire intégrant procure un financement hypothécaire additionnel au débiteur sans que celui-ci n'ait à rembourser intégralement l'emprunt hypothécaire existant.
